REQUEST FOR BIDS ROAD RE-CONSTRUCTION Rockbridge County is seeking construction bids from qualified contractors to complete work on a subdivision road. The road will need to be excavated and re-compacted, ditches realigned on to right-of-way and the entire road needs to be resurfaced.
