The position requires the ability to operate heavy, earth moving equipment, such as a track loader, excavator, and dozer. Special Requirements include possession of a valid class A or B, CDL (or the ability to obtain) and the ability to obtain a Virginia Class II Solid Waste Operators License within 16 months of employment. Assignment is to a Utilities Crew, so experience in water and/or sewer work is essential. Incumbent performs maintenance of utilities, such as repairing water line breaks, clearing sewer line blockages, installing new connections, hand digging, line locating, leak detection, and operating equipment. Experienced Pharmacy Technician The Rockbridge Area Health Center (RAHC) seeks a part-time pharmacy technician to serve as the Medication Assistance Program Technician (MAP Tech). As a part of the patient support staff, the MAP Tech performs an important role in providing patient centered care by assisting low-income patients without access to prescription coverage with access to affordable medications, principally through indigent care plans of pharmaceutical companies. Applicant must demonstrate: knowledge of prescription medications; effective communication; and the ability produce exceptionally accurate work.
